I walked in and they were busy. First time there I asked one lady if I needed to sign in or anything. She said no just sit and wait your turn.. sit there for almost an hour before two ladies finish up. One guy in front of me took a seat at a chair and a guy that walked in at least 20 minutes after me walked to the other chair.. I politely said I had been there for an hour and I was there before he was. Apparently he had made an appointment somehow. Waste of time and they are slow as hell

Para empesar este lugar es de lo peor son unas incopetentes especialmente Liz pone citas y te las cancela ala mera hora y cuando te da cita alas 9 siempre llega tardisimo quema el cabello y no sabe ni lo que esta aciendo sin contar que siempre tiene alli a su hijo menor y por andar cuidandolo descuida alas clientas Lugar no recomendado y jamas vuelvo alli aparte se aprovecha y por un tinte cobra $330 deverian cerrar este lugar yo no le doy ni media estrella pero tuve que dar 1 para que .e dejara comentar

0 star not available or that is what would be given!!!! Do better !!!! 35$ for this. Also they do not accept nothing but cash!!! What is up with that !!! Will not return !!!
