Call on a Saturday they came out.1st clue should have been when they asked me how to rewire the system which I told them I have no idea that's why we called you. thought they had fixed the issue was charged $725 for less than 15 minutes of work and a new fuse found out after they left they had hardwired the system and now the system would not cut off nor would the pump on my truck work although the lights now worked but wouldn't cut off . . We can't thank William enough for all he did! We needed help when our shackle links to our equalizer broke on our fifth wheel and his thorough investigation found some other problems we weren't aware of. He got us all fixed up and was very good at showing us what was going on. This all could have been much worse for us had he not been available on a Sunday evening and had not been so detailed in his work.

I called Andy and told him that I think I had a audible leak. He said that I could drive the truck to him and that means that he would not have to charge me for a road call. But I would have to bring my truck to Sheetz because he doesn't have a garage!(That should have been an indication right there!) He charged me $250 to tell me that it was a hub on the fan that needed to be repaired. He was out there for 15 minutes!! And he was to old to even climb up to look at the engine.
