We love Dr. Miller. We know she truly cares about our babies and why we followed her from our previous vet and where she previously worked! She was responsive after hours and checked in on her day off after our dog had another allergic reaction to vaccines.
I am so thankful for Dr. Miller and the entire staff team. They are patient, kind, and thorough in answering all my questions and concerns, and knowledgeable about various resources and support options, which truly sets them apart. My dog is usually very nervous at the vet, but they went the extra mile to make sure she felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. I brought my sick rabbit to Dr. Heather Miller today for the first time and was extremely happy with the care she provided. She seemed very knowledgeable about rabbits and took time to answer all my questions. I’m happy to have found a vet to trust with my bunny… It’s not easy to find a good vet that sees pets other than cats and dogs. I’m hopeful that my bunny will be okay after our appointment today
Every person was friendly to me and my pet. The office is bright, clean and inviting. Each person went out of their way to be friendly. They were exceptionally kind and went above what was expected.The office staff is welcoming, professional, and friendly to me and my dogs. Everyone is stellar! I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, clear communication, and attention to every aspect of my dogs' well-being.
