This vet has terrible communication. We scheduled an appointment for a dental cleaning for our dog. After MULTIPLE miscommunications via phone and texts, we finally brought her in for the appointment and the ladies at the counter told us that we shouldn't follow the instructions in the texts, those are just sent out automatically.
