They never answer their phones or return calls. If you call and leave a message, to the "appointments" mailbox, to reschedule. They'll charge you a no show fee even if you call a week before the appointment. I've been trying to reschedule for days and can't reach a person. I've left multiple messages. Just atrocious customer service, probably due to a poorly configured phone system. They also stop taking calls before their stated 4:15pm time.
