As a first time patient I can say that the environment is very welcoming. All staff seem to have a genuine smile and attitude of positivity.As for the service I received it felt more like a friend and care was given not just rushed in and out. I do not have children but I would say it is about as kid friendly of an environment as any busy person could ask for.They send reminder text messages and are very understanding of canceled appointments would recommend.
I visited Thorn run chiropractor for severe sciatica pain that was affecting my lower back and leg. From the first appointment, I experienced noticeable relief. After a few sessions, my pain reduced significantly and my mobility improved. I’m so grateful for the care and professionalism shown. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with sciatica or chronic back issues!
The staff was nice but I had to block the offices number after telling the staff that I would call them if I was interested in further treatments then continuing to receive multiple calls over the span of a month. I was in the office for multiple hours on my first visit. The first hour and change was spent waiting to be seen and the remaining hours was spent bouncing back and forth from the doctor to icing and heating my neck and having the muscles electrically stimulated to make my back “easier to adjust”.
