Shocking customer service, stay away . I found the number online on website with mobile number looking to book landlord's gas safety certificate. I was asked to call the office number, which i did . The lady that answered the phone asked to email details, then she will reply even i said I wanted to book service on the phone and give all details . I was told to email details. A big thanks to Andrew and Dan for the amazing service we received. Andrew came out to fix our very old bolier within hours of it breaking down. We have since had him back to replace our entire heating system . He worked very hard to ensure we were not without heating and incovenienced as little as possible. The work was done within the tinescale and budget he quoted and everything is now working perfectly.
