Jake, very honest, reliable and friendly. We are from Sydney here on holiday and took my son's car in as it wouldn't start, Jake had the car for half a day. Long story short, the next morning the car started. Jake didn't charge with any fees. What an absolute gentleman. Thank you Jake.
