Do not come here, molds should have been made at 1st appt but was not mentioned but was told they were. Either out on vacation or emergency leave. Hearing aids are pretty much useless unless you want to keep spending even more money. She's not happy at all with them. Also she lied about asking if this person wanted ear molds and we were suppose to have said no. Which never happened, why would we say no when mold was suppose to be included with appt . Took my 95 year old mother to finally get her hearing aids. I wear aids myself and have dealt with several audiologists over the years. Leeann is probably the best I have met. Very thorough and willing to do whatever is necessary to get it right. I highly recommend.
Thoreya Audiology and Dr. Koch deserve more than 5 stars! Dr. Koch is a very kind, helpful and professional doctor. The office is beautiful and clean! Thank you for making my experience so easy! I'd highly recommend to anyone!!
Posting for my father Jed. To those who are interested in hearing aids I suggest you look into the aid that are sold at Thoreya Audiology. Short story but I purchased aids from Leeanne back in January. Well just the other day while walking through woods I apparently lost one of my aids. I hadn’t noticed that I had till later that day. So the following day I used the app. on my phone that connects it to my hearing aids. I switched on the find mode and selected which aid I lost. Then I retraced my walk through the woods.
