Do not accept any work opportunities from them as a contractor. I am a reputable contractor who has partnered with several companies that provide service for high end retail companies. This company has no idea what they are doing, and they do not pay for work completed. No communication about unpaid invoices and no one answers the phone except there maintenance schedulers that accept work from companies who hire them. McNelley Electric has formed a really nice partnership with Thoreau over the past 6 months to a year. We went out to meet and greet at their office in Chicago which was a lot of fun and very informative to us. We deal mostly with Emma, who is very friendly and professional at the same time. A warning for contractors I'm writing this review as a contractor who has worked with this company, and I absolutely do not recommend them. I have not received any payment for my work. When I tried to address the issue, I was told to email a different address. It seems like nobody knows what's going on, and the whole situation feels like a scam. Working with this maintenance provider has been great. A few hiccups along the way as they converted to new software but the kinks are being worked out. I foresee a great partnership with Thoreau Facility Services
Absolutely terrible company that doesn't pay there contractors i received a job from STAN ROBERTS never got paid been calling texting leaving voice-mails emails Absolutely no response is sad a company would do this
