Very Family Friendly I LOVE Thorbeckes! I have 4 children that have been in the playcenter since they were 8 weeks old. The staff is amazing and I 100% trust my children in there. They have very friendly staff. Wonderful equipment. I've trained with two different trainers and they were both great. I also enjoy their group fitness classes.
Not Child Friendly! My family and I were members of this gym for 11 months before we quit. The manager Jen treated my 8 year old son very poorly and told him that she did not like him or want him there, she made him cry. She also started treating my 12 and 14 year old sons poorly. She then began sending me odd bills. I contacted the owner Dale Pullin, who asked me to come in and meet with him, then never showed up for the meeting he requested at his business. Thorbcke's Parkside Fitness The very best fitness club in the area. they have all of the modern equipment you would find in a fitness center and you never have to fight or wait for the use of a machine during peak hours. The best deal there is a family membership where parents once a month can enjoy parents night out. you drop off your kids at the center for 3 hours and you and your loved one can enjoy a night alone to enjoy a movie, dinner or a quiet night at home. Definitely a good bang for the buck!!
