Great experience, room are not hospital like and the staff that look after you truly understand you and work with you. So far my experience has been very good.
Dr Scott is a good clinician but I found the pricing pretty high and over time nothing really changed. The administration staff not so good and did not follow through with me when I could not keep appointment they offered due to being away from the country at the time. I am now being reviewed at another facility.
Dr Scott and his team are warm, friendly & efficient. Neither I nor my husband were bull billed. Both of us feel significantly better with CPAC - it’s been a game changer. Basically people you get what you pay for & with the Wesley group they make sure everything is considered & every part of your CPAP is inclusive.
Service and care were excellent. Administration has cancelled my follow up appointment via email (yearly follow up) with no consultation or communication. Very unhappy with this outcome.
I met Andrew Scott in 2010 and he improved my life considerably (which continues today) - I commend his services and the level of his analysis without hesitation
