Sparrow TCI yeah if I could give zero stars I would. No one seems to know what they’re doing. They treat you like just another number not like an actual person every interaction is rushed and cold. Each medical professional I met with had absolutely no idea how to treat me, each test showed something different and by the end apparently there was nothing wrong ever. "Absolutely the worst experience with front desk and referral staff!" I couldn’t agree more with another review I read. We encountered an incredibly rude and unprofessional woman who clearly had a chip on her shoulder. Her attitude was so bad that we had to hang up on her, only for her to call back without even identifying herself on the VM—she knew what she had done.
