Super rude receptionist. They have no compassion and will argue with you on the phone. Highly do not recommend. We're finding a new doctor today. I believe it's because I asked to switch physicians and she had to do extra paperwork. Heaven forbid.
The office staff, receptionists & nurses are friendly and very comfortable. I got smooth and quick responses. Dr. Hernandez explained my condition to understand clearly & professionally. My old medical history was kept well. I was very impressed with all of them. Thank you!
I would like to come back to this to leave a less clunky, review once I'm feeling better, but for now I want to express my gratitude to TCI (Owosso) and especially the PA Kristen and person who has been on call.
