They do a good job. Schedulers are awesome.
They suck.
Requested a specialist, was given a general cardiologist who wouldn't do anything. Only thing he did was Orthostatic Blood pressures which made me sick and have an episode in the lobby and he just stood there.. useless all around. Though my nurse, she was excellent and very caring.
