Thoracare have been treating my bronchiectasis using postural drainage with percussion for a number of years. Weekly sessions improved and then maintained my quality of life and have significantly reduced the frequency of chest infections. In addition, Thoracare also showed me techniques for mucus clearance at home so that I could maintain the improved lung function between sessions.
I experienced a very positive response from exercises provided by Jen Douglass following diagnosis with Bronchiectasis. i would strongly recommend the Pulmonary Rehabiliation sessions that Jen runs.
