We recently replaced out hot water heater with a new Essency. Priority to that, I received a complete run down of options with feature and benefits of each. Everything from quoting to installation was prompt and professional.
The plumber was very pleasant and very efficient. We will certainly call Thor’s again for future plumbing services.
Great job, very reasonable pricing, n they came on a Sunday, everything was done in a timely manner, technician is very polite and very professional, explained for job what he is going to do, after everything was done we had a walk through on every single thing that was done that day and they were multiple, n how to maintain it afterwards. Excellent job.
