I would rate their service higher than five if I could. Paul Sawyer one of the service managers was great to work with. They exceeded all my expectations. David the technician was fantastic doing his job. I have an extended warranty on my motorhome, if I ever have any more issues, I will bring it back here for repairs. I had a list of 44 items that needed to be addressed. They addressed all 44 items less time than what I was told originally. This is just some of the pictures of issues that existed.
Had a great experience at the Thor Service/Repair Center in Indiana today. Jim, our technician, has 35+ years of RV assembly/repair. He fixed our wall/floor separation issue and changed out a bad motor in our super-slide in one day...allowing us to get back on the road and continue our journey! 🙂👍
Exceptional service from Wayne to repair our fuel fill issue. The vent hose was kinked and the fill hose dipped down low causing an fluid pocket that made the pump kick off continuly. Filled up this AM with no problems or kick offs Great to get it fixed the first time and in less than a day!
