Thor Motor Coach Service Centre rocks! We cannot say enough good things about the Service that we received on our 2026 Thor Chateau 28z. Alex Cox was our initial point of contact when we reached out to him in February 2026. He took note of our issues and scheduled us in for our service appointment. As very experienced RV’ers we had an excellent experience last week, with the Thor service center! When we came to the service center with our 10 month old 2025 Class A Thor Rivera we had already been to two separate dealerships across the country, driving several thousand miles and waiting over 3 weeks for repairs. Neither dealership had a competent service department and sent us back on the road with the same issues. We had a great experience this year. All the credit goes to our technician, Rich. He told us each day what he planned to work on, gave us updates during the day on how it was going, and told us when we could expect the job to be completed. He answered all of our questions. The items on our list of repairs to be made were all addressed.
I am on my 2 nd Thor motorcoach. I have been to this service center 5 times in past years. I have never been disappointed. Every tech is great. They go the xtra mile and explain everything. I drive 325 miles and it is worth it. A special shout out to my tech on this trip with our 2025 Magnitude. Wayne is great and has double checked everything. Btw. We had a xg32 prior and now a R36. Love these units built on the Ford diesel chassis.
