We had a great experience this year. All the credit goes to our technician, Rich. He told us each day what he planned to work on, gave us updates during the day on how it was going, and told us when we could expect the job to be completed. He answered all of our questions. The items on our list of repairs to be made were all addressed.
I am on my 2 nd Thor motorcoach. I have been to this service center 5 times in past years. I have never been disappointed. Every tech is great. They go the xtra mile and explain everything. I drive 325 miles and it is worth it. A special shout out to my tech on this trip with our 2025 Magnitude. Wayne is great and has double checked everything. Btw. We had a xg32 prior and now a R36. Love these units built on the Ford diesel chassis.
We had a warranty repair appointment and it exceeded my expectations. The process was smooth and faster than expected. We were greeted by Technician Ed upon pre and post repair. Ed went above and beyond on adressing our repair issues. Thanks again Ed! We are very please and will definitely be going back.
