Thor Motor Coach were very helpful in answering all my questions before and after I bought my 2019 Outlaw. The signup option for new owners is a nice touch.
We had multiple issues with our coach and the dealer couldn’t fix after several attempts. We made an appointment with Thor and sent a list of all our issues. We received precise information on how each issue would be covered (under warranty or not). When we arrived our technician Steve went through the entire list in the coach. We purchased a 2020 Thor Chateau 31B in June, 2020. We really are happy campers. We purchased from Lazy Days Rv in TN. We have used Thor's tech support and they are very prompt on their call backs. Our Class C motor home drives great. With only a few very minor issues you can always get feedback from Facebook groups. We love our THOR. Would definitely recommend.
