The very worse warranty program in the RV business. I took my Motorcoach in for generator repairs in July of 2024. This was well within the warranty period. The dealership was Blue Dog / Blue Compass in Las Vegas, Nevada. The service advisor told me they could not fix the problem and handed me a telephone number for a Cummins office that also could not fix the problem. Thor Motor Coach were very helpful in answering all my questions before and after I bought my 2019 Outlaw. The signup option for new owners is a nice touch.
We had multiple issues with our coach and the dealer couldn’t fix after several attempts. We made an appointment with Thor and sent a list of all our issues. We received precise information on how each issue would be covered (under warranty or not). When we arrived our technician Steve went through the entire list in the coach.
