An employee that works for this company made racial remarks while I was in the phone trying to obtain service. He was very distasteful and I hope to be held accountable for his actions by the company. I will be letting all the people I know in the area to avoid using Thor Construction business.
A man by the name of James who works with Thor construction I was speaking with him over the phone when he disrespectfully called me an "n- word" at the end of the call and hung up --mind you with the company I work for has all my calls are recorded. Thinking I misheard him I went back to relisten to the call and it was clearly stated -- even allowed my coworkers to hear so there was no mistake.
