Bought a house that was managed by him. The tenants were disgruntles from his constant neglect. Every 'renovation' or fix was done terribly by the lowest bidder or the cheapest intern on staff. Renters beware edit: changed from 1 to 3 stars as we are all just worker cogs in the system and the landlord deserves the true 1 star review. points such that it is not a baseless claim: -I have had to do/contract significant electrical work.
