Great service from reception lady !!
caroline at the front is always so lovely! even when she seems flat out she never fails to provide great service to me and my family.
The Scottish lady at reception is cold, not helpful at all and extremely rude, I don’t understand how someone with no people skills can get a job as a receptionist, she has ruined my day with her attitude on more occasions then 1, on top of that has been extremely rude to my mum who had chronic illnesses as well, I hope this practise reconsiders her employment and hires someone with better people skills. I will never return here now because of that lady, i refuse to even breathe the same air as her. Would not recommend going... read more
