Four stars purely for the wonderful doctors and nurse. Really wish the main lady at reception was friendlier. She is very abrupt and does not even greet you when you walk in (and as my family all attend the practice we encounter this regularly). The last thing people want when they attend unwell is someone who is quite hostile and unfriendly. Otherwise this practice would be perfect!
Poor service, min 50 min wait, with 1 patient before us, so what is the point of an appointment system when they let someone in before me and the person did not even have an appointment, receptionist goes wait 10 - 15 mins doctor will squeeze you in, then another patient rocks up 20mins after me and got looked at before me, and having a kid and the appointment being for the kid where entertainment was wearing thin, next time I will let the kid scream down the surgery lets see how they will cope, plus the receptionist feel en... read more
