We had Thomson Refrigeration & Air Conditioning out to service our 3 air conditioners recently. I was very impressed that the technician actually took the time to cover my personal items with a drop sheet and they cleaned up after themselves too. This is a rare quality that I fine other companies to lack. I was also very impressed that they pulled the inner fan barrel out and cleaned the entire unit thoroughly rather than just use a bag to clean the front of the unit. Very impressive. Well done team!

I deal with hundreds of contractors weekly and I have never been spoken to the way I was by their staff. Here is a little snippet of an email from them when I questioned their technician (who did not conduct tests on wash cycle that I was having difficulties with. "You clearly have a much better knowledge of the repair process, testing procedures & function of this piece of equipment than we do. We are at a loss as to why you ever required our knowledge & experience given your skills" Do not recommend using their services

My previous post was deleted by myself after a phone call from the owner in which shed light on the situation. It appears as though the communication break down was on my end due to voicemail technical issues. Also, I want to apologise as I have a better understanding of the opposite side of the coin, being the frustration the technicians must have in their day to day working. I was in a pickle with some electrical work I needed to be completed at for my current build and I was recommended Thomson refrigeration and they did not disappoint! They had my problem fixed the next day! Their electrician was amazing, on time, professional, polite, approachable, I told him I had no idea about any of it and after talking he explained what he would do and I went with his recommendation and I couldn’t be happier.
