Following a recommendation from two colleagues, I telephoned Ben yesterday regarding our faulty bathroom toilet cistern, lo and behold he turned up this morning with the spare part and in a matter of 30 minutes, job done to our complete satisfaction. I will certainly have no hesitation in using him again and thoroughly recommend him. Thank you Ben ⭐️

We have just recently had Ben fit us a new boiler in our rental property and a shower part at our holiday lodge. He recommended a smaller boiler with it being a 1 bed house. The quote was very reasonable and he had it ordered and fitted in no time. Photograph sent over as soon as it was fitted and paperwork sent over straightaway. We then had Ben replace a part in our shower at home. We thought we would have to replace the whole shower but Ben spent quite some time checking out the part we needed and sourcing it at the most ... read more

Great service! We have used Thomson Plumbing & Heating twice now. First time was to help us fix an issue with our water tank. This time they installed a Hive system and Hive radiator thermostats. Have done a great job both times and would always recommend.
