Great service and great facilities if you choose to wait for your car - desks to work, chargers, tea and coffee etc. Will definitely use again.
I received service regarding a fuel pump recall. They provided friendly explanations and guidance. They sent me a text message with the appointment time and date, and they also sent me a separate text message with the service description, which was nice.
Ahmad was very good with communication. I'm grateful for the service he provided; from actioning minor warranty requests through to organising a hire car for the longer wait time due to larger servicing requirements. He was very approachable which made the servicing experience all the more easy for me and my family. Looking forward to future dealings with him in future! Hopefully there will be more visible permanent Skoda signage out the front for first time visitors as well :)
