I wish I could give zero to negative stars. Thompson was the most unprofessional group to work with. They literally forgot my follow up appointment, then I had to wait even longer to discuss my results. I was charged a professional fee of $300.00 which can not be included through my insurance. They were certainly not professional in any way. Tried to discuss this with the location, but was ultimately sent to collection.
BEWARE!!! Horrible service! They are unethical and possibly committing fraud. I reached out my insurance company and they confirmed the unethical practice. They charge you an undefined fee upfront that they refuse to be transparent about. According to insurance shouldn’t be charged. Their billing department can’t even explain their charges. They are clearly scamming their patients and need to be investigated!
really upset with this place. i got an appointment off the waitlist (was otherwise going to have to wait another month) and was told my insurance was verified and the total was going to be 303$ out of pocket. although a lot, i paid because i needed the service because i was really struggling mentally. a few months later, i get a bill in the mail for an additional $550. i am furious. i would have never accepted this appointment had i known i was going to end up paying $850 out of pocket. i called the billing office and could ... read more
We had a terrible experience. Do not recommend. The receptionist was rude. The doctor gave a highly likely diagnosis in our first 10 minutes there (when there wasn't one). There are things on our report that are straight up false and inaccurate. The doctor rushed in a panic that my daughter wasn't performing. She asked leading questions and made a lot of assumptions in the report, which was full of contradictions. The doctor was unprofessional and defensive in our consult.
