I had a great experience with this company. Dealing with my sister's condition isn't the easiest task. I was having a rough morning just getting my sister to the appointment & the ladies at the office were great! Dr. Taylor Greco was thorough & very easy to deal with even with me being cranky (sorry). They really took the time to push through & get my sister the help she needed to complete a very difficult test for her condition. Ladies I cant thank you enough everyone in that office was great!
I deeply regret coming here. I spent hundreds of dollars and feel like my whole experience was a complete waste of time and was not heard at all by the dr. After waiting weeks for the results, all I got was something Google will tell you for free and they provided little to no further help or care afterwards. Highly recommend a different establishment.
*UPDATE* just got off the phone with Sherri and my insurance advocate regarding my bill and Sherri was SO NASTY. She did not let me get a word in and made me out to look stupid. Apparently the 300$ i paid upfront was some kind of extra fee that they require not to be billed to insurance to “cover the costs of the tests.” what i like to call a “for fun” fee. apparently i was supposed to know that because it was in something i signed. as if i sat in the office and read the dozens of pages of paperwork i was handed and needed t... read more
I wish I could give zero to negative stars. Thompson was the most unprofessional group to work with. They literally forgot my follow up appointment, then I had to wait even longer to discuss my results. I was charged a professional fee of $300.00 which can not be included through my insurance. They were certainly not professional in any way. Tried to discuss this with the location, but was ultimately sent to collection.
BEWARE!!! Horrible service! They are unethical and possibly committing fraud. I reached out my insurance company and they confirmed the unethical practice. They charge you an undefined fee upfront that they refuse to be transparent about. According to insurance shouldn’t be charged. Their billing department can’t even explain their charges. They are clearly scamming their patients and need to be investigated!
