It’s not worth it there. I went to the St. Charles location, and left in tears. They are rude, and break policies… that’s probably why they’re so rude. No response back from the team. When I asked for them to contact me they asked for payment. Which I have the receipt for. It’s the truth. Do not sign any document stating that you are responsible for anything that insurance doesn't cover. Billing will use a code that no insurance will cover. They want to make sure they at least get $300 out of every patient. The billing department is rude. Also, don't plan on getting an appointment for the next six months.
I feel like I've gotten a lot of good information. I haven't seen the whole report. Just spoke with the doctor yesterday. But we are still trying to get answers. But what was said she pretty much understood what I was saying.
Thomson Memory & Attention got me in for an appointment super fast! Other places I called only had appointments at least 3 months out. On top of that, they actually called my insurance beforehand to see if the testing would be covered. I trusted the testing I received from Dr. Lowry and the report I received was very detailed. I highly recommend Thomson Memory & Attention.
