Service staff very unprofessional. In fact one of the worst hospital in terms of service and experience. No care, no service, and incompetence . During the admission, patient is waiting for an urgent operation, doctor nurses came down to expedite but got told that there is a queue to follow, however during the long wait, a foreigner came and the number got skipped from sequence just to attend to her first. What an experience .
Great experience with Lactation Consultant, Kacy. She was very thorough and answered all questions perfectly. Ability to draw from her personal experience was telling - great stuff!
My wife and I welcomed our baby girl here at TMC. The staff here were all really patient and helpful in helping us ease into parenthood and caring for our little one. Lactation consultant Shi Jing explained the whole process of breastfeeding and feeding in general really well too! It really gave us more confidence in caring for our baby after that :)
My wife and myself went for the tour with Grace explaining to us the hospital's service provided. She's very knowledgeable and eager to share. Thank you for answering our queries!
