5 months into a 12 week delivery ... actuator order delayed again the day it was supposed to ship for an undisclosed amount of time.
Great products, if you can get your hands on them and they function as intended. They've been pushing out lead times on everything, 10 more weeks every 10 weeks. We did finally get our hands on 2 actuators after they pushed the dates out multiple times. One of them was dead on arrival. We returned for RMA and about 6 weeks later finally got the disposition that it was indeed DOA and they'll replace it. This replacement is essentially a brand new work order for their factory and we need to wait another 3 months for delivery. ... read more
