The Tompson firm Is very professional and efficient. They handled my estate planning with ease. Karalyn and Rachael are always available to answer any questions and assist above and beyond making everything final with my trust and power of attorney with the bank. Every person I worked with at Thomson was knowledgeable and willing to explain actions needed and what to expect. The staff worked around our different time zones and it was clear we were "in it together ". throughout the whole process.
I was referred by a friend so I could have a will drafted. Rachel ( paralegal) was very efficient in getting everything set. Karalyn (probate lawyer) was great in explaining all the nuances of a process that I knew nothing about and then answering any questions. Rachel and Karalyn were a well oiled machine when it came to my reviewing ( with Karalyn’s explanation), initialing, and signing. And they are both very personable and understanding. I felt very comfortable and that they absolutely knew what they were doing.
