I have had Rod from Thompson Jasper and associates do both my personal and corporate taxes for the last 10 years or so and no problem with him other than he seemed expensive but I still paid him every time. Once I sold the company I had to open a holding company. The lawyer who did most of the work charged us $2500.00 which was around what I expecting. I bought a business in February 2021. The old owner used Thomson Jasper so I continued to use them for my 2021 fiscal year . I bought the business halfway through my fiscal year so they had to do 2 year ends . I do the bookkeeping myself , everything is reconciled and I have 3-4 employees and about $7000 -10,000 worth of inventory . Pretty straight forward and easy in the accounting world . Rodney Trayhorne made a lot of mistakes on my personal and corporate returns. He e-filed my Returns without my consent or review. He refused to amend his mistakes on the Returns so I’ve had to file a complaint with BBB. He is miserable and nasty. I highly unrecommend him.
Travis has been very thorough and helpful. I would recommend him.
