These folks are great - They always make time to squeeze you in when you have an issue, even if it's after normal hours. Our heat went out on Christmas night and they came out on the 26th which is the same day I had called. Further, they didn't demand payment up front and instead said they'd just send the bill once they confirm any warranty coverage. Very nice to see local folks taking care of the community first rather than only being concerned with money. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
Thompson Heating and Cooling is consistently going above and beyond to help with any HVAC needs one might have without price gouging. They just installed my new AC unit and its amazing! Highly recommend them!!
Just called them and asked "Hey, was just wondering if you guys are licensed in MI at all" to see if they would be interested in working on my cabin in daggett... the lady said "ugh go away" and then hung up. Really professional. A simple no unfortunately were not would have sufficed.
