I would be cautious to use these guys. Google Site inspections and Thomson Geer. By your actions, the client you have represented is now in the position to prevent this building inspector doing his job. A purchaser is at risk of loosing thousands of dollars while your client walks away with more than he deserves. Exorbitant fees for service that was not on time. Failure to communicate adequately. Little or no support. Very arrogant and dismissive attitude.
