Very professional and caring Doctor. Explain treatment plan in detail. All day procedures went very well with follow up call at the end of the day or the day after. In my opinion, Dr Thomson is one of the best Doctor in Canberra performs ERCP. I will highly recommend Dr Thomson.
A horrible doctor who is very rude and has zero caring or understanding for non textbook medical conditions. Keeps making alterations to my treatment plan without consulting me and constantly over rides the pain team about giving adequate pain relief. Avoid at all costs
After being referred to Dr Thomson and reading these reviews I was nervous to say the least! During the initial consultation he was thorough with his explanation, very reassuring and quite charming. The procedure went very smoothly and he spoke to me before and afterwards. I would highly recommend Dr Thomson.

During my appointment with Dr Andrew Thomson, I left feeling appalled by his unprofessional manner. During the consultation he burped loudly and answered a personal phone call. I asked him a question regarding a health issue and he fobbed me off which made me feel stupid. I left feeling very uncomfortable. Terrible experience.
