This shop is really reliable and friendly. The workers waste no time and make sure the customers leave happy! Great service would recommend!
They serviced and went over an old Mustang that I had in storage. They were able to get to it quickly and sent me photos of what was wrong, along with a diagnosis I could understand. They were great to work with. I would definitely recommend this shop.
This was my first visit to Thomsen Auto Repair. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they were able to schedule me in. I was able to wait for my car in their comfortable waiting room with free coffee and wifi. The staff was friendly, their work was professional and their prices very reasonable, especially compared to what I had been paying at the dealership. The communication from the staff was very professional and accommodating. Great service! My husband, that is mechanically inclined but does not always have time for our personal vehicles, even said we will take our vehicles there from now on for auto repairs. When I picked up my car, I had a thank you note, an air freshener and a pretty pink keychain! You definitely do not find those personal touches any place else! I highly recommend Thomsen Auto Repair for all of your vehicle maintenance needs.
