Dan emailed me a detailed estimate for what needed to done. During the repair he found a couple of other things that needed attention and sent a text with pictures and a follow up call to explain everything. When he was done the repair bill was just what he said it would be, no surprises.
Dan goes above and beyond with every visit. I really appreciate that his estimates include photos and videos, so I can clearly see what needs attention and why. His priority is always making sure my vehicle is safe to drive, and I can tell he genuinely cares about his customers’ well-being. On top of that, he’s always learning and expanding his knowledge, which gives me even more confidence that my car is in the best hands. I highly recommend his shop to anyone looking for an honest and thorough mechanic.
We traveled to Manchester from out of town to look at a used car from a dealer. We needed someone to look things over. He was happy to look it over without us making an appointment, and charged us a fair price to look everything over. The staff was super friendly and thorough in their inspection!
