Called at night during this COVID crisis cos we had an emergency. John was here first thing the next morning. He is such a nice guy. Very knowledgeable. Tank was fine but could see pipe was blocked. I guess with old houses the pipe gets rough and it can happen. Referred La France to unblock They also came right away and did a great job
Thompsons wonderful to deal with. They got out to our house quick. Provided good knowledge for new homeowners in relation to maintaining a septic system. Their prices are reasonable and were great to work with.
What an amazing company and owner. We had an emergency with our septic tank on a Saturday evening. He called me back right away and came out first thing Sunday (yes Sunday) morning to help. The owner is very nice, fair, and informative. If your looking for a honest business man who charges fair prices then don’t hesitate to contact them.
