Thompson is amazing, extraordinarily knowledgeable where a previous plumber failed, with great prices, and identified and fixed additional issues such as my low water pressure "no charge". My whole house was backed up. First, neither I nor the previous plumber could locate where the main access line was. Thompson used his knowledge of where it exits from the crawlspace and the angle it has to make to the city line to know exactly where to dig, then dug, and found it. BE AWARE! This business does NOT except credit cards! Only cash or checks. It's a shame since the company that I work manages may properties with apartments and was looking to establish a long-term working relationship with a reputable plumber.
