Def 10 plus plus plus stars! My water heater went out and I sense that Jeff(the owner) could hear the panic in my voice as he came over the very next day and had installed a new one. Super professional and very knowledgeable on his services. Oh I had looked into other places and no one was getting back to me and they seem to be giving me the runaround. So grateful someone recommended him to me and I am using him again in about a week to get new tile put in. Thank you Jeff for helping us out.

We had a last minute need for a plumber and we called Jeff. He was quick to respond, came over with in an hour, he was very knowledgeable and honest. He quickly took care of our issue, and we would not hesitate to recommend him.
Fabulous getting to the Root of the problem and getting my main line cleared
Thompson is amazing, extraordinarily knowledgeable where a previous plumber failed, with great prices, and identified and fixed additional issues such as my low water pressure "no charge". My whole house was backed up. First, neither I nor the previous plumber could locate where the main access line was. Thompson used his knowledge of where it exits from the crawlspace and the angle it has to make to the city line to know exactly where to dig, then dug, and found it.
