I spoke with Erin and set up an appointment for them to meet me at my site which I had to drive to for an eval and quote on a substantial job. No one from Thompsons showed up or called and no answer and no cell phone number on their site. Voicemail is always full. Inconsiderate of my time and a very poor first and only impression of this business.
I left several messages during the weekday and never heard back. Wanted to hire them for maintaining my lawn and planting flowers, etc. Waited a week and went by in person. The lady said she would make sure someone followed up. No one called. Called again a week later and it has been a week and no one has followed up. Not sure why they are so unprofessional. Found someone else.
