They tried to sabotage my car in order to get me to buy a new transmission! Wife had her car serviced here for the last six years. (expensive services, but she loves this car and wanted Honda to do the service on it). Recently, she went in for an oil change and came out with a diagnosis of NEEDS A TRANSMISSION!!! Beyond disappointed, unethical. Seatbelt didn’t work, gave them the year on the phone. “Bring it in, and we will check it out.” Wasted two hours to have them tell me that the year was outside the warranty. They could have told me that on the phone! Manager agreed and told me it was a rookie mistake. They could fix it for $700. Be careful of the bait and switch. Oh, he waved the diagnostic fee. LOL.
