I called Thompson Hearing and Cooling and they came the next day. They have been servicing our AC for years. THEY ARE OUTSTANDING!! They told us last year during our yearly service call that we would need a new AC soon. They did what they could to get us through the year and told us to call when we were ready. We called and they were very efficient in getting us a new one within the following week. It took them a couple of ours to put it in. Thompson's heating and cooling holds parts on there counter and tell customers that they haven't came in yet. I know for a fact cause I use to work with Allen and Bo Thompson's. They told Liberity Baptist church that there part hasn't came in and all they had to do was hook up the gas line. Dave at Dave automotive was lied too about his part not coming in but they had it next day and not changed it almost a week so they can charge him more for the freon. I called Thompson's heating and cooling they came out same day gave me a quote and the following week I had new ductwork and new unit installed this is the only company people should use they are very friendly and professional.
