I had Bo come check our unit. He provided several options, and we never felt pushed to make a certain decision. They were very friendly, showed up when they said they would, and were honest about our options. We eventually did have to get the unit fully replaced. Bo was fair with his pricing, honest about our options, and made sure we had the information to make an informed decision. Showed up, and got my air conditioner going. i recommend.
I called Thompson Hearing and Cooling and they came the next day. They have been servicing our AC for years. THEY ARE OUTSTANDING!! They told us last year during our yearly service call that we would need a new AC soon. They did what they could to get us through the year and told us to call when we were ready. We called and they were very efficient in getting us a new one within the following week. It took them a couple of ours to put it in.
