I had boiler issue around 9pm, had no hot water or heat, did not know what I should do. Googled around and came across this company, just by guiding me over the phone after approx.5min they managed to solve the problem so smoothly and free of charge!!! I was over the moon and so grateful for their quick response and extremely friendly service. Highly recommended

Original service by the company was poor. The guy who came to serve us didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all. Installed our boiler awfully and decided to duct tape it to the wall because the glue/moulding wasn't holding it. He also propped it up with a PVC pole. I complained to the company and left a 1* review. This was picked up the next day by the manager, who came out with the same guy to ensure he fixed his mistakes. Had our Viessmann boiler serviced by Phil this afternoon. Friendly guy and took the time to explain everything to me, even after having a nightmare of a job in the morning which over-ran (completely understandable, these things happen and he did apologise). Will certainly use Thompsons in future! Service record and invoice are sent electronically after the job is completed.
