Picked up a trailer here and had a very concerning experience. Shortly after leaving the location (less than a mile away), the trailer disconnected from my hitch while driving in traffic. Thankfully I was able to safely slow down and pull over without injury or damage. After assessing the situation, it appeared the trailer may not have been fully seated/secured on the hitch ball during hookup.
