I bought a used Tacoma from them. They screwed up my loan and put it with the wrong bank. I specifically said I wanted the loan through my bank. The finance guy even admitted he had it in his notes. They refused to make anything right and instead said it would be up to me to refinance the car to get it at my bank. I’d give zero stars if it was possible what horrible customer service experience. Never again.
