Thank you so much, George! My area rug is beautiful again and it was done quickly and at a very fair price. No trying to up-sell me on other services as so many other rug cleaners do. It was nice that I could just take my rug to him directly, not having to wait around for someone to come and pick it up (although they will pick it up if you wish). I like that my rug has been air dried and not exposed to damaging heaters. It smells nice! I will definitely be back when I need rug cleaning services again.

I've been using Thompson's since 2007. Their service and pricing are great. I especially like the pickup and delivery service. I call them every year right before Thanksgiving to have the living room rug and couches cleaned. There's a reason they've been in business over 50 years. They do an excellent job.

I want to thank George for the great work he has done with all the area rugs that we have sent him. His prices are fair, and the service is great. He is the only Cleaner that we have found that can get rid of Cat Urine smell. He has a wonderful drying facility to ensure proper drying. Dean
