I’ve had a disappointing experience with Thompson's Auto Service. I originally visited to have my car window repaired, and while the faulty part was replaced, the automatic function of the window stopped working afterward. I reported the issue on the same day, and was told I’d receive a follow-up, which never happened. After calling again, I was informed that the issue was due to a faulty part and that a replacement was pending.
