Have used them for years, great service! I read some of the other reviews before posting and am amazed when someone complains about the service fee, ALL companies charge this. It's for their overhead for techs wage, auto expense, gas expense, insurance expense, etc. It's not free for the company to send their tech to your house. If other companies have lower service fees beware of them overcharging for parts to make up for it. I've had that happen before when I thought I was going to save some money on a repair.
