Called hoping to get someone to repair my washing machine. A tech came out, said they needed to order a part, and charged me $200 total. Can't get them on the phone and can't get a call back - even tried the contact form on the website after leaving many messages. Half the time their mailbox is full. Ghosted. Googled around to find the part myself - took the old pump out before ordering one, found a facemask caught in it.
