Called hoping to get someone to repair my washing machine. A tech came out, said they needed to order a part, and charged me $200 total. Can't get them on the phone and can't get a call back - even tried the contact form on the website after leaving many messages. Half the time their mailbox is full. Ghosted. Googled around to find the part myself - took the old pump out before ordering one, found a facemask caught in it. These guys are awsome!!!They were able to schedule me an appointment the SAME DAY!After two days of weekend with no working fridge in the middle of summer I was desperately trying to find somebody to come to fix it and all the repair offices I called would want me to wait for another 3 to 5 days!Thanks God I called Thompson's office as well. Dave came,replaced all the faulty parts and cleaned everything in less than two hours!Explained and showed everything he did,so now I know a lil bit more about this good old fridge that ... read more
