They filled the neighbors tank because the driver didn't nonwhat he was doing g and sent us the bill. I called to inform them of there mistake it's been 3 days haven't heard back from them yet.i will call again today.i really don't wanna get a lawyer involved but so be it .. there not a good company and if I could give them a negative rating I would .customers be aware.
By far the worst company to have gas through!!!!! I was promised someone was going to come and check my meter like most places check meters. So I assumed and took my gate off the hinges because they said they didn’t have the pin to it. My gas is completely out and unfortunately it controls my hot water. So not hot water for another 5-7 days with 3 small kids. And because they lied it’s apparently my fault that it’s completely out so I have been charged $85.00 for it possibly being at 0%.
