I bought a new tank from Thompson Gas to replace a rented one. I am glad that MATT PRICE from the Athens TN office was sent to do the SERVICE! Matt was timely, polite, clean and professional. He clearly new what he was doing and did it very well. Matt was so good that I referred one of my neighbors to Thompson Gas. Guess that says it all. My pleasure to meet you Matt!
Matt did a great job. He communicated with us well and was timely in his repairs. He was friendly and explained everything we needed to know.
We called them in October to come get our tank and was told it would be picked up that week well it’s December and they haven’t yet I’ve done called them 3 times and they said it would be the middle of January before they can get it awful service
